These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReRoom website (https://reroom.ai) (the "Service"), owned and operated by Stylefie, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
To access some features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to share your account information with others or allow others to access your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we find that it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must not share your account or password with anyone.
You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any of its parts, including, but not limited to, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
You may not use the Service to upload, generate, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harmful, obscene, sexually exploitative, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise violates the rights of others. You may not upload personal data, confidential third-party materials, client materials, plans, images, logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected content unless you have all rights, permissions, notices, and consents required to do so. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, benchmark, reverse engineer, bypass usage limits, resell access, use the Service to build a competing product, interfere with the integrity, security, or operation of the Service, or use the Service in violation of export control, sanctions, anti-corruption, or other applicable laws.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement, all purchases made on or through the Service are final and non-refundable. Credits, subscriptions, and other paid features may expire, be limited, or be subject to plan rules shown at checkout, in the Service, or in an applicable order form.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use Output for commercial purposes without additional fees or royalties owed to Stylefie, Inc. We do not guarantee that Output is unique, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for a particular commercial use, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing Output, obtaining any required permissions, and determining whether Output may be used for your intended purpose, including advertising, client deliverables, real estate listings, construction, architectural, or regulatory uses.
The Service, including the underlying AI models, software, algorithms, and all associated technology, and its original content (excluding User Content as defined below), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain any ownership rights you may have in the original input (such as text prompts, uploaded images, sketches, plans, references, or other files) you provide to the Service ("User Input"). By providing User Input, you grant Stylefie, Inc. the limited rights described in Section 7 (User Content License) so that we can operate and provide the Service.
As between you and Stylefie, Inc., you own the images generated by the Service ("Output") based on your User Input, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such Output, including for commercial purposes.
Stylefie, Inc. does not claim ownership of the Output you generate. However, you acknowledge that similar or identical Output may be generated for other users based on their User Input, and your rights are limited to the specific Output you generate.
You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the underlying Service technology (including the AI models and software), except as expressly allowed by these Terms or with the prior written consent of Stylefie, Inc. Your use of the Output is governed by these Terms, and your rights to the Output do not extend to the underlying Service technology. See Sections 7 and 8 for Stylefie, Inc.'s limited rights to process User Input and Output.
User Input and Output are collectively "User Content." You grant Stylefie, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display to you and your authorized team members, modify as technically necessary, and otherwise use User Content only for the following purposes:
This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Stylefie, Inc.
We will not use non-public User Content from paid accounts for public marketing, advertising, promotional materials, case studies, or portfolio displays unless you give us permission through an in-product sharing action, a public gallery or community feature, a testimonial or case-study approval, or a separate written agreement.
Output generated on free accounts, trial accounts, or outside a paid private-rendering feature may be public by default or eligible for display in public galleries, community pages, examples, discovery surfaces, advertisements, product demonstrations, social posts, or other promotional uses of the Service. Do not create confidential client renders on a free account unless the Service clearly marks that render as private.
If you intentionally publish, share publicly, or submit User Content to a public gallery, community page, testimonial, or promotional program, you grant Stylefie, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that public User Content in connection with the Service and the public feature or campaign where you shared it. You can request removal of public promotional use by contacting us, though removal may not affect materials already distributed or cached by third parties.
You represent and warrant that (i) you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to provide User Content to the Service and to grant the rights described in these Terms; (ii) User Content and your use, publication, distribution, or commercialization of Output do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other third-party rights or applicable law; and (iii) User Content does not contain regulated, sensitive, or personal data unless you have a lawful basis and all required notices and consents.
We do not use User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve generative AI models that we develop or control. This applies to uploads, designs, plans, sketches, prompts, references, client materials, Output, and both public and non-public User Content. The Service may send User Content to third-party AI model providers to generate, edit, or process Output. Those providers' handling of User Content is governed by their own terms, policies, and any applicable agreements with us; these Terms do not separately promise that third-party AI model providers will not use User Content for their own model training.
Private rendering is a paid feature for Pro, Team, Enterprise, or other plans where it is expressly included. For accounts and renders covered by a paid private-rendering feature, non-public User Content is private to your account or authorized workspace unless you choose to share or publish it. Renders created on free accounts, trial accounts, or outside a paid private-rendering feature may be public by default or eligible for public or promotional display as described in Section 7. Team and Enterprise accounts may include workspace controls such as member access management, audit logs, single sign-on, configurable retention, data isolation, or regional hosting where those controls are included in the applicable plan, order form, or separate written agreement.
You may delete User Content using the tools available in the Service. Deleted content may remain in backups, logs, or security records for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute-resolution, or technical continuity purposes.
AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, offensive, or similar or identical to output generated for other users. The Service is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal review, architectural, engineering, construction, safety, code-compliance, real estate, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and clearing Output before relying on it or providing it to clients, contractors, regulators, buyers, tenants, or the public.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information, software, or other material available on or through the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that Output will meet your requirements, comply with laws, codes, platform rules, client requirements, or professional standards, be accepted by any authority, client, platform, or marketplace, or be free from third-party claims.
In no event shall Stylefie, Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylefie, Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Stylefie, Inc. for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. The exclusions and limitations in this section apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stylefie, Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
This indemnification obligation includes claims arising out of or relating to User Content, Output, your use, publication, distribution, or commercialization of Output, your violation of third-party rights or applicable law, your client or customer disputes, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stylefie, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice on the Service when we make material changes to the Terms. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
Stylefie, Inc. uses third-party cloud vendors and other service providers for data storage, processing, hosting, security, analytics, payments, and support. We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational precautions to protect User Content and personal data, and we require vendors to process data only for authorized service purposes where applicable.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your User Content or personal data, we will respond in accordance with applicable law and any written agreement that applies to your account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylefie, Inc. is not liable for breaches, losses, or wrongful disclosures caused by third-party vendors or events outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded by law or by a separate written agreement.
